Custom Request Information
If you would like a different color or type of stocking, please indicate your request in the cart Special instructions for seller field. We will do our best to accommodate realistic requests. Custom requests may require additional processing time and cost.
For Words, Phrases, or Names Custom Socks
Please indicate the desired text (i.e. the name of person) to appear at the rim of the stocking (usually the white fluffy part) in the "Special instructions for seller" comment section in your cart. If the saying is not entered in the "Special instructions for seller" in your cart, the stocking will not include any text on the rim. Please check the spelling of the saying before placing your order.
For Photo Custom Socks
DO NOT PLACE YOUR CUSTOM ORDER UNTIL YOU RECEIVE CONFIRMATION FROM FIRST PLACE RETAIL THAT WHAT YOU PROVIDED WILL WORK.
If the stocking requires an image, please email the details to firstplaceretail@gmail.com. If using a photo, the quality of your photo will determine the quality of your custom design. It is not recommended that you use a picture of a picture as the quality of the printout can be decreased. It’s best to scan in pictures if you don’t have the digital original to get the best possible quality. If you want us to use an image we have for santa for example, please let us know and we can provide you with what we have. Etsy is the best place to find an image. Just send us the Etsy link to the image and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
NO REFUNDS
Remember, there are no refunds once order is fulfilled. If the order has not been fulfilled and you need to make a change, please email firstplaceretail@gmail.com. You will know if the order has been fulfilled because you will receive an email.
