Shipping policy
SPECIAL SHIPPING ANNOUNCEMENT:
The United States Postal Service is currently overwhelmed due to the increase in demand from online sales. Shipments are delayed and occasionally lost. Due to this circumstance, we must wait 30 days from the day of shipment before filing a claim and sending out a new package.
If you are experiencing a delay or lost package 30 days from the shipment date, please send us an email at firstplaceretail@gmail.com with your order number and any other pertinent information.
Shipping Policy
When will my order ship?
We ask that you allow 3-5 business days for our team to pack & ship your full order. However, during special promotions and holidays this time may be increased. First Place Retail is typically closed on major holidays and orders placed after 12 pm EST the day before the holiday will not ship until the next regular business day.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
First Place Retail is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
First Place Retail is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Where do your products ship from?
All orders will ship from our home store in Raleigh, North Carolina.
How much does shipping cost?
USPS shipping costs vary depending on the weight of each order shipped. International orders are not accepted at this time.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
